Nalanda Literature Festival
A three-day gathering of writers, translators and readers staged across an open campus. We handled programming support, artist logistics, stage production and on-ground execution — from the first site recce to the last truck out.

Brief & recce
01 — Brief and recce
We sit with the objective before the idea. Venue walk, date check, budget reality, and an honest read on what the day actually needs.
02 — Design and plan
Creative treatment, stage and set design, run of show, vendor mapping and a production schedule anyone on the team can read at 3am.
03 — Build and shoot
Load-in, rigging, sound and light, rehearsals, cameras rolling. Our crew is on site through the build, not just for the show hour.
04 — Show and after
Live show calling, artist handling, bump-out, then the edit, the recap film and the numbers that tell you whether it worked.
Now shooting
In production
Our first full-length feature is shooting now. Same instinct as the festivals — pick a story worth the room, then get every detail right — only with a longer runtime and a much smaller crew call.
